100% Cabernet.

A pale, pale pink, refreshing and vibrant, attractive berry notes with a touch of spice. The palate is mouth-filling with a bright dry finish.

Drink outside in summer with Canapes on the deck overlooking a West Coast sunset.

92 Points – “Distinctive bright salmon pink blush. The nose is most attractive with its strawberry and restrained red berry nuances. The palate is quite zingy but with excellent texture on its light body. Some of it was kept on lees and this has contributed to that excellent mouth feel. Terrific Rosé style.” – Ray Jordan, Wine Pilot

“I have to say, Great Southern Cabernet Sauvignon, picked for a purpose, makes for a great rose. Natural acid, freshness and vitality are the hallmarks.” – Mike Garland, Chief Winemaker.
