Sevenhill 2020 ‘Thatch and Clay’ Touriga Generous appearance showing medium depth red with a youthful purple hue. Lifted, perfumed aromas of rose water confection, black tea spice, hints of liquorish and wild berries. The palate is light to medium bodied, a core of vibrant cherry plum fruit and a silky length. The fruit flavours linger well, the acidity perfectly balanced and the tannins just enough to provide the necessary structure for ageing.
