Description
This Shiraz has a vibrant deep red colour with aromas of plum and blackberry. The palate has Spice, plum and dark fruits, firm structured tannins complete a fully rounded and long palate.

“Glossy, floral, mid-weight Adelaide Hills Shiraz with a lively perfume.
Viognier in here? Lithe, light tannins, a little dandelion floral spiciness
and then fragrant blue fruits. It is a little light to finish, but what a lovely,
gentle and delicious wine.”

“Note at first the vivid purple colour of this Hills Shiraz, which telegraphs
what follows in its bright blueish floral nasals, top-noting subtle woody
bush floor characters underneath. Palate-wise it’s all about fresh plum and
dark-cherry fruit flavours, backed in by subtle French oak spicing courtesy
of 30% new barrel treatment. A solid wine without being heavy or
over-bearing – good looking Hills Shiraz.
