A structured, lively and mineral wine with good length on the palate. Both straightforward and fresh, with exemplary concentration.

This is from almost four hectares, split equally between Montmains, Butteaux and Forêt. The nose has some toasty reduction reminiscent of grilled hazelnuts, plus some iodine and confit lemon. There’s generous citrus on the attack, backed up with a stinging freshness. There’s real bite to the finish; this is a star performer this year.
