Colour: Inky red. 
Aromas:  Dark cherry, blackberry and fragrant oak. 
Palate:  
A powerful yet elegant wine that is densely 
packed and rich with a nice mix of dark fruits 
and savoury notes.  It is well textured with 
smooth tannins and nice acidity gives length 
on the finish. 
Maturation: 24 months in new French (20%) and older 
hogsheads. 
Alcohol:  14.5%
