Early picked Cabernet, Mataro, Syrah wild yeast and 100% whole berry fermented, basket pressed with minimal added sulfur and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Dark fruits and kalamata olive, spice and toasted nut, a fleshy texture, gentle tannins and fine acidity. Lovely.
