This red wine from the Fantini winery is made from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards in Ortona, near Chieti. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently destemmed and crushed, followed by maceration and fermentation for about twenty days. Malolactic fermentation follows in French oak barriques, followed by a final aging of six months.
