This selection has been sourced from the Ellis Cellars and has been stored in pristine conditions and are ready for immediate consumption.

The best  barrels were selected for this Premium Shiraz Label. This shiraz was aged for 14 months and new and 1 year old French Oak barriques. Full bodied, yet elegant , the aroma displays blackberry, coffee and subtle oak. The palate is well balanced with rich dark fruits, chocolate and balanced tannins that linger on the finish.
