This Brut Cuvée is made up of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.  It has spent a minimum of 12 
months in tank on lees,. With 8g/L dosage and no oak, this is a crunchy and fruity style that 
celebrates the distinctive Redbank style. The palate is clean, fresh, and remarkably crisp, 
reflecting the primary crunch of cool-climate Chardonnay. It balances a fruity, lemon tang 
appeal with red apple and pear.
