These vines are some of the oldest vines on the Freycinet coast. The fruit has been fermented in open fermenters, hand plunged and then matured for 9 months in new and old French oak barrels. The wine is elegant and balanced, with soft tannins, great length and full of chocolate, spice and berry fruit flavours. Drink now or careful cellaring will reward you.
