The 2021 GSM is a Co Fermented blend of 57% Grenache, 29% Shiraz and 14% Mataro. This wine is driven by lush, spicy characters from the Grenache while the Shiraz gives depth and structure. A touch of Mataro adds some plump black fruit to the mid pallet. A great wine to enjoy now or cellar for later.
