Medium to deep garnet-purple coloured, the Tahbilk Cabernet Sauvignon is scented with crushed blackcurrants, blueberry compote and cloves with hints of baking spices, pencil shavings and toast. Medium bodied, the palate is nicely poised, with plenty of pure black berry and spice flavours supported by a medium level of grainy tannins and enlivening acid, finishing long.
