Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Freshly squeezed lemon and lime aromas are followed by crunchy Granny Smith apple with steely mineral end notes. Very dry, austere palate with flavours of freshly squeezed lemon and lime built around a steely framework finishing with flinty mineral and crisp crunchy acidity. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
