NEBBIOLO D’ALBA DOC
 Named after Nebbiolo grapes, the noble ancient varietal from
 the hills of Alba from which the wine is made, or the autumn fog 
(“nebbia”) typically found in the Langhe at harvest time. 
COLOUR: Red, tending toward garnet.
 BOUQUET: Typical light, delicate fragrance recalling violets
 and wild strawberries; bouquet is expanded and refined with ageing.
 FLAVOUR: Dry, velvety, full-bodied and harmonious.
 ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% Vol.
 PAIRINGS: The ideal accompaniment for red meats and wild game.
 SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20°C
