Colour: Deep red. 
 
Aromas:  Briary, red cherries and black olives. 
                   
Palate:  An elegant wine with a nice sweet/round  
                  palate and some savouriness.  A touch of rich 
oak supports the forest fruits with                 
tannins that are gentle and fine.   
 An easy drinker. 
 
Maturation: 24 months in new French (10%) and older 
hogsheads. 
 
Alcohol:  14.5%.
