Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Intense lemon and lime aromas laced with talc jump from the glass followed by orange rind and slatey mineral end notes. Mouth-watering flavours of lemon and lime dominate the palate giving it a zesty feel. Excellent concentration with underlying nuances of orange rind, wet steel and mineral also evident. Finishes dry with crisp, crunchy like acidity. Superb length with a long racy conclusion of limes, citrus and orange rind infused with wet steel and mineral elements.
Drink now or cellar 6-8 years.
