This delicious Rosé was picked from early ripening East Coast vineyards to create a full-flavoured wine that is naturally lighter in alcohol. Enjoy its delicate floral aromas and fresh flavours of strawberries and frozen raspberries.
The fruit for this lighter alcohol wine was carefully selected from early ripening Pinot Noir vineyard sites that express ripe flavours at lower sugar levels than our standard wines. The fruit is gently handled and fermented at cool temperatures to ensure the wine has bright aromatics and fresh fruit flavours, without compromising the palate weight, texture and length.
