Fermented in static fermenters with gentle pump overs each day. Each parcel was then pressed, settled and matured with a selection French oak prior to being blended.

This full-bodied Cabernet has a bouquet of black briary fruit, pepper, cassis and juniper, hints of cigar box with the palate delivering cherry chocolate and length with mint and cefary tannins.
