Every wine Jo makes has hours of her deliberations, 
considerations and yes, even palpitations, poured 
into every bottle on a never-ending hunt for 
perfection. As soon as we tasted the four wines, we 
knew they truly reflected aspects of who JO is – 
stylish, low key, minimalistic, authentic and of great 
character, strength and magnetism. These wines 
shine with understated elegance, personality and 
integrity, are proudly named in her honour.   
TASTING NOTES 
Colour
 Light, golden straw.
 Nose
 Stunning aromas of turkish delight, rose petals, 
stone fruits and cirtrus. 
Palate
 Enticing rich peach and lemon flavours with a hint 
of Turkish delight characters, lovely length and 
clean acidity.

 Food Recommendations
 This wine works beautifully with seafood, curries 
and spicy dishes, such as scallops with ginger,
 chilli and lime.
 WINEMAKING
 Winemaking note 
Select vineyards along the Goulburn River were 
chosen to create this synergistic white blend, each 
parcel of fruit bringing its own complexity and 
interest to the wine. The fruit was picked in the cool 
of the night to retain as much of the grapes unique 
f
 lavour as possible. The grapes were gently pressed, 
followed by a little fining before fermentation. The 
different components of wine were kept separate 
until blending where the expressions of each variety 
were drawn upon to put this beautifully aromatic 
wine together, a true expression of Jo Nash’s 
winemaking creativity.
