Il Repertorio (repertoire) is Gerardo Giuratrabocchetti’s accessible style of Aglianico, picked when just ripe, macerated for just 10 days and fermented in steel then aged for one year in seasoned oak. It’s a constant receiver of Gambero Rosso’s Tre Bicchieri rating, despite being the entry to the range, showing the popular response to a non-traditional treatment of the grape.
