They must have a minimum 3 years of aging, including at least one in wood.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e100% Aglianico from the Donnachiara estate, this is grown on argilloso clay soils and is limited to a maximum yield of 6 tonnes per hectare. The fruit is hand picked and fermented in steel at controlled temperature. The tannins are generous and firm, and there is a promising hinterland of savoury flavour behind the fruit, ready for revelation in the years ahead.
