 “Intense aromas of bergamot, pineapple and yeast on the nose. It’s gentle in the mouth initially, then a crescendo of acidity and tannins build. At the very end of the long-lasting aftertaste it becomes somewhat dusty, with a hint of orange peel. Hits all the right notes.” – Falstaff

For 2021 the body is also ample, the racy acidity matched with more than enough fullness and substance to carry it. Enormous drive at the very long, bold finish. From organically grown grapes.
