Expansion
Harvest and grape selection by hand; Destemming of the grapes and then slow maceration at a controlled temperature and gentle maceration in stainless steel tanks; malolactic fermentation and maturation for 7-10 months in large wooden barrels.

Character
Colour: lively ruby red colour
Smell: Fresh animating nose with an aroma spectrum that ranges from blackberry and blueberry to the scent of kirsch to a liquorice tone and the smell of undergrowth.
Taste: On the palate, this Pinot Noir impresses with the balance of a fruity fullness and a subtle tannin structure, which give this mineral red wine a lot of elegance.
