Only a handful of vineyards are blessed like Tahbilk, who had old vines dating back to 1860. These vines have lower yields but their fruit flavours are more concentrated, resulting in a bolder, fuller bodied wine. This classic blend of Cabernet Shiraz fills the glass with beautifully ripe dark forest berries and plums aromas accompany by the robust warming spices. Tannins integrated nicely with the oak and fruits flavours giving the wine a long and structured finish. Enjoy this now or let complexity of this wine develop further with careful cellaring
