Immediately appealing thanks to the spicy, savoury aromas but also plenty of lemon blossom and ginger flower. The palate is tightly reined in with perky acidity, which keeps this lively, then pops of flavour via cedary, sweet oak, lemon/grapefruit and honeydew melon with ginger-cream lees.

Straw yellow in colour. Aromas of nectarines, yellow peach and grapefruit with a hint of hazelnut and flint. Stone fruits continue on the palate with grapefruit and spice inter-playing into a textural palate.
