An exceptional release of Sparkling Shiraz from our Great Western Vineyards.
The base wine is left on yeast lees in bottle for 36 months and disgorged in the traditional method.
A creamy mousse with lingering acidity to keep this wine tasting fresh for any occasion. Savour intense plum and blue fruits, coupled with black pepper spice and aniseed.
HOW DOES IT TASTE?
Deep red ruby with purple hues. Brooding black pepper, spice, liquorice,tar, dark plum and cherry.
Combination of red and dark fruits. Red cherry, red plum with blackberry, blackcurrant and bramble. Black pepper, Christmas spice, clove, cedar and chocolate underneath primary fruits.
Cool climate Shiraz notes keeping it fresh and vibrant, the Lees time in barrel and bottle leading to layers of complexity.
