Bollinger PN VZ19 NV x 1
Pinot Noir, an interpreter of Bollinger's taste
A blend with a unique taste highlighting the specificities of the Verzenay terroir
With each of his interpretations, Bollinger tells his vision of Pinot Noir and the terroirs. With each vintage, new properties are revealed, revealing unexpected nuances and revealing a new organoleptic character: that of a marriage between a base year (2019), terroirs (mainly Verzenay) and reserve wines. A renewed way to showcase its expertise and highlight the Maison's know-how. With PN VZ19, the exception is celebrated once again.
Its dosage is moderate: 6 grams per litre. Its maturation is more than twice as high as the rules of the Appellation.
For free
A golden colour.
Nose
A very expressive nose on fruit, from fleshy fruit to red fruit to fruit Exotic: a delicate and airy harmony where each aroma is expressed in perfect harmony.
On the palate
The fruity character of the nose is found on the palate, mixing notes of white fruit and citrus fruits: the tangy granny apple and the fleshy vine peach go well with the energy of the blood orange. A supple and silky texture for a wine of great elegance. The saline finish adds a final touch to the complexity of this new edition
