Highly perfumed,with white florals,lemongrass,green apples and citrus vying for attention.
Bright and fresh like a fresh granny smith apple from the fridge.Lemon and lime juice in the mix as well.Palate weight and texture is balanced nicely with fruit sweetness and acidity kept in check by a mineral / talc-like line running all the way though to the finish.
Our 7th release of this wine,and one that truely reflects the cooler vintage from our site in Lenswood.It goes to show just how versatile Riesling is across different climates.Drink now or cellar for 5-10 years.
