Pauletts Polish Clare Valley Chardonnay 2023 x 12

Pale straw in colour this complex but delicate wine displays aromas of stone fruit, citrus elements, greener melon notes, some hazelnut and slight flint notes.  Soft and textural with obvious stone fruit and underlying citrus elements from the nose continuing on the palate. Hints of vanilla bean and hazelnut are also evident. Fresh acidity drives through the rich mid palate bringing freshness and balance. Some subtle mineral characters lead to a long clean finish.
