Site:	A delicious marriage of some of the best growing areas of Provence, blended to give a lively fruit expression with a beautifully crisp finish. The more profound clay and limestone soils of the upper and central Var yield richness and complexity, while the limestone pebbled vineyards around the Sainte-Victoire mountain convey a great freshness.

Vinification:	Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration (stabulation), before temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process. Vegan-friendly.
