Dalrymple Vineyards Single Site Pipers River Pinot 2023 x 6

Initial aromas from the glass are of red cherry and Asian spice with some savoury olive and Dutch licorice adding to the complexity. The palate is a brilliant mix of tannins and acidity, with succulent black fruit giving appeal on the front of the palate, through to a long, fresh finish. Hints of complexity, spice and fine French oak provide an insight of what may unfold as the wine further develops in the glass over several hours or from cellaring.
