Despite the name, which would consider it sweet, this product embodies the true ancient and modern spirit of drinking in Piedmont throughout the meal. A dry, almost bitter, very vinous and medium-bodied wine. It has represented and still represents the wine of the daily tables in which food, whatever it is, and wine meet with the sole ambition of making diners feel good and happy.
