Selectively and by hand – the grapes for the Dreissigacker Riesling
The grapes for the Dreissigacker Riesling come from biodynamically cultivated vineyards around Bechtheim and Westhofen. Through consistent selection in the vineyard, only grapes of the highest quality reach the cellar. The harvest is carried out uncompromisingly by hand in order to preserve the quality of the grapes. Immediately after the manual harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery in small containers and treaded there with their feet. This allows the juice to macerate with the berry skins before it is gently squeezed out over several hours.
» The estate Riesling alone impressively shows how uncompromisingly Dreissigacker focuses on craftsmanship and quality. A wine with substance and exceptional ageing potential. «

Puristically developed – a Dreissigacker Riesling full of structure and depth
The development of Dreissigacker Riesling follows a clear principle: as gently as possible. Therefore, the displacement of the juice after natural sedimentation takes place exclusively by drop pressure into the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, sometimes with whole berries, which gives additional depth. The Dreissigacker Riesling is aged 90% in stainless steel barrels and 10% in double barrels. There he matured for six months on the full lees and spent more time on the fine lees until the filling. This careful approach gives the wine a harmonious balance of freshness, spiciness and fine minerality - with impressive ageing potential. A wine for special moments: The Dreissigacker Riesling 2024 is clear and precise. It goes well with light summer dishes as well as fine cuisine. It is particularly harmonious with salmon tartare with green asparagus or a creamy mushroom risotto.
