Gonzalez Byass has been producing high quality sherry in Jerez (Spain) for over 175 years. The Elegante Amontillado Sherry is rich in aromas of nuts, with undertones of fine wood and cocoa with a slightly raisiny finish.
Colour: Amber with copper highlights and bright clarity
Aroma: Warm and nutty with notes of toasted almonds, dried orange peel, caramel and subtle wood spice
Palate: Medium-bodied and off-dry with flavours of baked nuts, raisins and light toffee, balanced by gentle acidity and a mellow, rounded finish
