Product Description
Taking inspiration from their Italian heritage, the grapes for Redbank Prosecco are grown on small
family owned vineyards in the King Valley. All aspects of winemaking in this wine are focussed on
maintaining a refreshing, crisp sparkling wine with delicate flavour. The grapes are harvested and
pressed on a gentle cycle to minimise phenolics and then fermented to produce a classic crisp Prosecco
style. A 9 g/L doseage means it’s dry with just a hint of sweetness. The palate is built on primary fruit flavours, it’s fresh and crunchy with hints of orange blossom and sherbet. The nose is fruit driven with great citrus characters.
