Colour
Beautiful soft pink hue.
Nose
The nose shows lovely perfumed aromas of fresh
rose petals and ripe strawberries.
Palate
This lucious rosé is full of red berry fruits, fresh
strawberries and cream with citrus peel and
f
loral notes. Light, crisp and vibrant, this is the
perfect alfresco wine.

Food Recommendations
Think light! Serve chilled with Asian or Spanish
inspired rice, seafood paella, prawn risotto or
chilli crab pasta. Or keep it simple and enjoy with
friends and antipasto on a sunny afternoon.
WINEMAKING
Winemaking note
Fruit for our Rose was picked from our vineyards
in April 2023. The juice was run off the skins
early in order to extract only the perfect amount
of colour and then inoculated and fermented
cool. This allowed the retention of the summer
berry characters, as well as retaining colour and
intensity. Post fermentation the wine was fined,
cold stabilised and filtered, ready for bottling.
