Intense grapefruit, blood orange and other exotic fruits are also present on the nose, together with suggestions of honeysuckle and mint fudge, all in perfect balance. On the palate, an explosion of energetic white and yellow fruits opens the tasting experience. Grapefruit flavours are carried along a glass-like rod of tension, complemented by citrus pith and white peach, all packaged up in a nervy ball of energy. The future is strong for this chardonnay.
