Abundant aromas of red currants, sarsaparilla, dark chocolate and sweet spice. The palate offers graceful complexity, with vibrant fruit and silky tannins. Full bodied fruit-sweetness is wonderfully balanced with an elegant acidity. A very approachable wine, but with the fruit weight and depth to see it age graccefully.

A wine that fits right in the groove for the new iterations of Sevenhill. These are elegant wines of medium to full body and impeccable balance. Bright plummy aroma supplemented with a mix of spices, dried herbs and floral nuances on the nose. The palate is seamlessly structured with fine fruit flavours supported with subtle oak use. A wine that screams to be drunk now or in the first few years while those primary fresh and vital fruit characteristics are so evident.

A dark and spicy red of inky blackcurrant and raspberry fruit characters meshed to clove-cinnamon woody spice, tobacco notes and touches of mint. Twiggy dried herb and earthy elements also chime in. A firm, dry red, with good depth and shape, albeit relatively simple overall.
