The palate is pure elegance, the epitome of Tasmanian Pinot Noir expressed as Turkish delight, strawberries and raspberries. These blend harmoniously with a fine, creamy texture and richness in the mid-palate, adorned by delicate roasted almond nougat from time on yeast lees.
