2019 Linke Shiraz 375ml Barossa Valley – This wine was made from small select parcels of fruit grown on Linke’s family vineyard at Stonewell in the Barossa Valley.
Picked at optimum ripeness the grapes have produced a big, rich, juicy red, which is well balanced by soft lingering tannins.
A bright bouquet of liquorice, dark chocolate, forrest berries and vanillin oak. The palate is rich, juicy and mouthfilling with flavours of blackberries, dark cherries and plums. Subtle spice, mocha and vanillin play a delicate part in the mix. A powerful and long finish to round of the wine.
