Sourced from approximately 10-year-old vines at Oliver’s 
Taranga Vineyard Seaview, McLaren Vale. 
WINEMAKING 
 
Picked early. Fermented cool. Some whole bunch 
carbonic maceration. 8 days on skins prior to pressing to 
seasoned French Barriques for short 6 week maturation 
prior to blending and bottling. 100% Mencía.

TASTING 
This emerging varietal is a light style with great colour. 
It's a young wine with plenty of vibrancy. Very youthful 
floral aromatics with a touch of baking spice. It has a 
succulent palate dripping with fruit and spice.  
This wine pairs perfectly with juicy lamb.
