Minuet – a social dance of French origin, usually in ¾ time; the musical form which accompanies the dance.
Our winemakers, Bruce Gregory & Michael Marcus have crafted the "Minuet" from small, carefully selected parcels of fruit from our Riesling block.
The Minuet is an aperitif style sparkling, made using the bottle fermented “méthode traditionelle” process, resulting in a very fine bead, great mouth feel and long and complex finish.
