Tahbilk Museum Marsanne 2017 x 12
Brilliant pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green skirting the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced pear and toast aromas intermingle with lemon butter, honeysuckle and spice. The palate is beginning to fill out and has taken on a beautifully rounded feel with flavours of pear and lemon butter overlaying a back drop of toast, light honeysuckle and spice. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and a lingering aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
Alc. 12%
"Honeysuckle, beeswax and wisteria on the bouquet, then firm, racy mineral and Meyer lemon on the palate, gaining velocity and depth of fruit flavour as it does. Drink by 2030."

"A flowery honeysuckle perfume translates into a delicious mouthfeel, minerally acidity subdued by a generous serving of lime, Granny Smith apple and guava fruits. Once it has reached the plateau of its overall flavour, it will coast for another three to five years. Drink to 2030."
