A clear and sharp representation of the main characteristics of the Nebbiolo variety. This is what this wine must offer. A product conceived in the vineyard and in the cellar to obtain an expression of freshness, youth, immediate pleasantness, complexity but at the same time ease of consumption throughout the meal, from meat to fish, from delicate appetizers to the tastiest ones. It is produced from the Nebbiolo vineyards in Alba, Cherasco and from the harvesting of grapes of all plants under 7-8 years of age within our Barolo vineyards, harvested separately reclassified for the production of Langhe Nebbiolo. A soft cellar approach, with lower temperatures, less maceration and a greater contribution of whole berries in fermentation promise a more delicate and fragrant approach to this brilliant example of varietal expression.
