Palate Adore a little pink with some shimmer - this Pink Prosecco has
ripe, fresh peach and pear notes and a delicate layer of fresh red
berries with a gentle spritz.

Food Recommendations
Perfect to enjoy with friends, it makes for a great Rosé spritz or
complement to Italian breads, seafood marinara, savoury cheeses,
cured meats and fruits.
Winemaking note
The fruit for our Bella Luna Pink Prosecco was carefully chosen
from our Victorian vineyards. This Prosecco is made by bottling
under pressure to capture and preserve bubbles in the wine. This
results in a lower alcohol wine driven by bright fruit and acidity
rather than the savouriness of bottle-fermented fizz. A touch of
Sangiovese is blended at the end to provide the lovely pink colour.
