This lovely Riesling from Clare Valley exhibits a brilliant appearance with a very pale straw hue. Decorated with a light green rim, the wine emits lime and lemon fragrances that are followed by scents of orange rind and talc. Mineral notes complete the fragrant bouquet, which in turn is followed by a concentrated palate. A taste of the wine reveals a considerably tight structure and flavours of lime and citrus against a backdrop of talc and steely mineral undertones. The drink ends in a crisp and clean acid finish.
This wine pairs well with white fish.
