Long-time fan of Italian Prosecco, winemaker Joe Grilli pays tribute to the fresh, crisp, savoury sparkling whites produced in his in-law’s home region of the Veneto in Northern Italy.  
TASTING NOTE 
The nose has delicate stone fruit aromas with a hint of lemon blossom. On the palate, fine, refreshing fruit flavours marry well with delicate bubbles and crisp acidity. Mouth-watering and moreish with a crisp, savory finish.  
VINEYARD REGIONS  
The Primo Estate Prosecco is made from 100% McLaren Vale and Riverland Prosecco grapes.

We bottle the wine young and fresh to preserve the pristine fruit flavours and fresh acidity.
