TASTING NOTE:
Orange skinsy hue, lemon, pineapple and lime fill the nose. Again fresh citrus on the palate, lime mineral purity, finishes with slight savoury tones of almond.

VINIFICATION:
Hand harvested 90 year old Semillon picked with a zippy acidity, destemmed straight to two clay amphoras and left to ferment on skins for a month.

‣ Wild yeast fermentation 
‣ No fining or filtration
‣ 11% alc.
