Beautifully vibrant salmon in colour the fruit for this wine were picked early, specifically for rose, then quickly pressed to retain fresh red fruits and crisp acidity. The nose displays small red berry fruits and floral hints whilst the palate is fresh and lively with a collection of fruit flavours and smooth sappy structure making this a serious and dangerously moreish wine. A delicious blend of 59% Grenache, 23% Mataro, 15% Cinsault and 3% Riesling.
