Herbal notes of fennel, dill and crunchy celery sticks add complexity and freshness. Palate: The wine is dry, mineral driven and has a chalky texture. It is filled with citrus fruit flavours like pomelo, fresh lemon juice and lime zest; as well as white peach and fennel flavours. The elevated acidity delivers a clean zesty finish.
